NYC Bucket List

nyc_bucket_list

Hey everyone! Happy Wednesday! I wanted to drop in today and share with you a little "to-do" or bucket list I have been jotting down the last few days. This month will be my last month living and working full-time in NYC for my current client assignment. Currently, I am slated to begin working remotely from Philadelphia and traveling to NYC on an ad-hoc basis starting in June. I'm very excited and looking forward to having more time at home, I love my home city of Philly and I love being in the city and able to spend time with friends and family more easily.

That being said, I also love NYC. I have a couple of good friends here and I've really enjoyed getting to see them and explore this city over the last five months. I realized the other day that I've essentially done a semester "abroad" in NYC! Since I only have a little over two weeks left of living here full time I thought it'd be fun to share what I'm going to try and accomplish. Even though my #1 goal is to see Hamilton (I enter the lottery EVERY. SINGLE. DAY.) I decided to be a little more realistic with my list. Luckily, I will still be popping back into NYC for the next few months for work, and even after my project is completed I live just a short 90 minute train ride away!

Do you have any suggestions to add to this list? I'd love to hear anything, from recommendations of restaurants and things to do, places to shop, can't miss murals, let me know!

Thanks for stopping by and I hope you have a great Wednesday!

  1. I grew up in NYCn and think these are perfect!!! Each year when I was younger my mom and I would just take in the city and do fun stuff. I'm thankful we got to enjoy the city. My favorite was always the days we saw a Broadway show and did some shopping. Enjoy!
